The Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies is a Recognized Independent Centre of the University of Oxford. It was established in 1985 to encourage the scholarly study of Islam and the Islamic world. The Centre provides a meeting point for the Western and Islamic worlds of learning. At Oxford, it contributes to the multi-disciplinary and cross-disciplinary study of the Islamic world. Beyond Oxford, its role is strengthened by an international network of academic contacts. For more information, please refer to theOxford Centre for Islamic Studies website.
The scholarship will cover 100% of University and college fees and a grant for living costs (of at least £13,863). Awards are made for the full duration of your fee liability for the agreed course.
Scholarship outcomes
The current status of the scholarship application process is summarised under Scholarship status on this page. During the application process, this will be updated from green (open for applications), to yellow (applications closing soon), to red (applications are closed and the selection process is underway) and finally to blue (the selection is complete and successful applicants have been informed).
Decisions are expected to be made around July 2015. If you have not heard from us by the time this webpage is updated to say that successful applicants have been notified, then please assume that your application has been unsuccessful. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we regret that we are unable to contact unsuccessful applicants
individually or provide feedback on applications.

من اجل القبول في هذه المنحة، يجب عليك اختيار منح مركز اوكسفورد للدراسات الاسلامية في قسم التمويل من نموذج طلب الجامعة وتقديم طلبك الخاص بالدراسات العليا قبل الموعد النهائي المحدد للبرنامج (23 يناير 2015). يرجى الاطلاع على صفحة
